1.Our company developed Φ45~Φ200 series of extruders and production line units on the basis of mature product 35KV high voltage crossed-link and adopts many imported famous brand components and driving controls systems to make it run stably.

2.The application of extuder's hardened gear surface gearbox greatly reduces noise. Its accurate transmission makes the extrusion stable and its self-developed barrel which are well plasticized and widely used have great output. The protecting sheath heads adopting multiple- channel stucture make standard wires and are easy to use. The moving take-up and pay-off wire frame of type"A" perfects its usage function on the basis of inported technology with reasonable, stable running, high load capacity, good effects of wire layout. Caterpillars' pulling speed is steady and clamping tension is sdjusted by DC speed regulator.
